On Food: Creamery's success came out of the blue: "The first Seattle Cheese Festival, in 2005, was one of those golden, pivotal days for Matt Day of Mount Townsend Creamery. I remember it for the jostling crowds mobbing for samples. Day remembers it for selling completely out of Mount Townsend's young cheeses, hearing raves from discerning fans, and feeling epiphany strike: 'This is going to work,' he thought. 'We aren't completely crazy doing this.'"
